Agony flays the unwitting
Mutating a once-sinewy mind
Dissonant fanfare plummets one’s self
into a pit of fetid hopelessness
Lightless -- in desperation -- in desperation
Hopeless -- in isolation -- in desperate isolation
Weightless in desolation
Breathless…adrift in this hibernation
Leeching off a fragment of bliss
Eyes dripping like a wound
To reclaim this calm is to accept
A solitary facade fractured ‘tween my lips
Dissonance guides the verities of death
Reticent hope, decadent despair
In this eerie haunt, a grave bell echoes
Piercing through these scars
…a grave bell…
…echoes off a fragment of bliss
Eyes dripping like a wound
To reclaim this calm is to accept
A solitary facade fractured ‘tween my lips
Rotting through thy excrement
Filth drips from every slit
Decaying with each fleeting second
Clinging to the imprint of the ancient
A seed of hope
A glimmer of light
A sliver of doubt cast down

What an impressive piece of black metal. This one-man hurricane is pure art. Sgah‘gahsowáh creates an haunting atmosphere. He puts so much soul in his music. Sælzer Bub

Ἡ εἰκών was an impressive debut, but way too short! Luckily, Ψευδομένη arrives to satisfy the urge for more of what made its precedessor hit hard and fast: some atmospheric moments (don't be deterred as this is still brutal, dissonant and disgusting to the core) and at the same time, J.L. is exploring longer tracks - e.g. my personal favourite - and implementing some cavernous lows. If there's one thing we can all agree on, it's most likely that this man refuses to stand still. What a pace! David Fischer
